Using Collectors Grail

By using this site, creating an account, placing a bid or purchasing an item, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate information.

Auctions and bids

Bids placed through a verified account are intended to be binding. Auctions close at the posted time. The highest valid bid recorded by the system at closing is treated as the winning bid, subject to correction of obvious technical errors, fraud or invalid activity.

Orders and payment

Winning auction orders and shop purchases must be paid through the payment methods offered on the site. Unpaid winning orders may receive reminders and may be cancelled or restricted if payment is not completed within a reasonable period.

Item information

Collectors Grail aims to describe items accurately. Grading, authentication and condition information should be read carefully before bidding or purchasing.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
